3 R's PLUS 6 R's MORE EQUALS 9 R's

The 3R pledge to the environment was a good idea in the past years but that isn't all what could be corrected on our current situation. Recycling, Reducing and Reusing is not the only aim that we have to maintain in order to save our earth. In fact, something should be done beyond the 3 R's. As Australia has implemented the idea of 3 R's in every house and it has been working out rapidly with great changes on the environment. If that campaign could be consistent until today, why can't we increase the 3 R's into 9 R's? I guess it would create more changes and awareness among the society.
Well, it might look exaggerated but later on you will definitely give a YES and THUMBS UP for the 9 R's to give more better environmental sustainability.

1) Repair

"Oh God!! My vacuum is stuck, I have no idea what is the problem in it. Guess it's time for a new vacuum."

If you have a similar thought to that, better think before you really get them into action. Instead of getting a new item, wouldn't it be great if you repair them and use it back again. Fix it instead of spending to get a new one.

2) Remake
It's time for DIY, Do It Yourself. Now what is the difference between reuse and remake? Reuse is using the object again more than once and Remake is making something again or differently. Its actually part of how talented you are and also bringing out a hidden crafty hands and minds of yours out to the world. It cane be much better making things with your own creativity. Remaking them can comfort you so much then getting a new one or the same thing again and again. This also means an input of recycling of waste which often ends up in the bin.

3) Refuse
"Do not litter" or "Do not throw rubbish" is not enough to keep the environment clean and green. Refuse the mentality when you want to dispose plastics, cans, papers and other products which can contaminate the land and water. Plastic made cutleries, avoid using them. You can't reuse them too much, where it can cause some health issues as well. Therefore, start using things where u can reuse and refuse disposing rubbish which can never recycling for a long term.

4) Remember
Always remember what would the earth end up in the future with loads of rubbish, smoky polluted air to breathe and the dirty unclear water to drink or cook or shower. Can't imagine the worst scenario that could ever happen to us right. So lets remember to bring along things which you need everyday such as cutlery, food container and water bottle instead of packing them in new containers and throwing them away.

5) Respect

How would you feel if someone drive fast splashing water on you while you're walking on street? How would you feel when someone throws rubbish at you? It would always be an immediate reaction of cursing them or anger.

Just because we are humans and we have extra senses that gives us an ability to speak and etc doesn't mean we do not respect animals and plants which deserves to be treated similar as we humans. Without plants and animals there are no proper nutrients and oxygen for us to survive. So let's respect the nature because when nature gets angry it can demolish everything on earth and nothing can last to survive.

6) Restore

We humans take so much from the earth and leave nothing for a sustainable life and environment. Therefore start restoring back plants while trees are being chopped and lots more. The only way to gain a sustainable GROWTH is to REGROWTH.

Environment is an invisible life which is similar to we humans. Misusing and disrespecting the environment and nature will definitely result a huge impact and we are going to be effected and trapped in it. So adopt the nature to your family and make it back to green and beautiful. That is what the 9 R's all about. Hope it made you realize and your next step should be saving the environment back to a green-pace.
